Background
Having grown up on a farm, Matt used the common sense grounding of a rural upbringing to propel a corporate career that saw him become a main board director of a $500M telecoms company by the age of 28 before joining Barclays Bank as one of their youngest senior executives at just 31.
Moving on
Despite a successful corporate career, in 2003 Matt decided to strike out on his own and has since built a multi-million dollar global consultancy called Positive Momentum and also travels the world speaking at conferences and events engaging audiences with his high energy, entertaining and no nonsense style. He uses his practical and real-world experience of corporate life at all levels to connect, inspire, motivate and educate.
